because it's me! I had a fairly small room for which I used an oversized square table. It almost cuts through the skin of the stool and barely hangs over it. On one of my first post-COVID waxes, I saw a similar "turntable" table as I left the house and was amazed. Apparently medical advances (covid vax) AND furniture advances (movable furniture!) all date from the Covid era. courting! As for assembling this bad boy, I can say I can assemble IKEA stuff in my sleep, so I wasn't scared. Luckily the guide was legal and I quickly put it together while watching Last Week Tonight in the background. After I assembled it, the hardest part was deciding what to put on it - would I be using it primarily stationary? (yes) Shall I throw in some medical textbooks? (yes) Should I make it nice and "set" the shelves? (no) Would he go where I planned? (yes) To be honest I liked this version better than the others because it has TWO bottom shelves that hold a vertical tissue box, a pen holder, my favorite beverage and LOTS of my flimsy textbooks! Anyway I am very happy with my purchase and am even considering throwing it in my car when I move and leaving most of my furniture in storage! I can see this being very helpful as I move frequently and will be airbnb for next year! And it looks like the price has come down a bit since I bought it (grrrrrrr) but that's good for you if you think about it now!
