I am incredibly happy with Wii U! It arrived promptly on day one with all the parts needed, including cables, chargers, gamepad and the Wii U itself. Gamepad battery life is good with no connectivity or touchscreen issues. My wife and I have already been playing for hours this COVID-19 quarantine season. I contacted the seller about a small problem with the joystick (it just needed to be rotated a bit and used, no problems since) and they responded quickly, humanely and helpfully. To find out the details, I received the item on Friday, emailed the same day and we spoke on Saturday and Sunday. He searched for a replacement controller for me, including photos, and while I didn't end up needing a replacement, the effort on my part spoke volumes for the care and honesty of this seller.
