First, the package was delayed by a day through no fault of the sender. It was a big setback but the fault of UPS who thought they were better and used the address I hadn't lived at for 3 years instead of the one I had given and live at. Since I missed the urgent deadline, I postponed the installation of the screen. until I was in no hurry. I left the new screen in the package until the laptop was ready to be installed. The old screen is removed, the parts are bare - I opened the box and the screen is cracked in the lower right corner. Fortunately not on the touch part of the screen, only on the edge, near the screen. No doubt this will become a problem later on. In addition, the screen does not display the colors/brightness of the original screen. Looks faded, lightened. There are no graphics settings to fix this. The display is so pale that there's almost too much glare and reflections to see what's on the screen.
