Review on Sengled Smart Light Bars: Alexa and Google Home Compatible RGBW TV Ambient Lighting with Music Sync, 27 Preset Scenes, Wi-Fi Backlights for Movies and Games by Charlie Dillon

I was very happy to add another sengled product to my lighting system in my house. It was great at first, but unfortunately after two months they can't stay connected to the wifi for more than a few days at a time. I have one that has been disconnected for days and disconnecting and reconnecting hasn't helped. I don't have any instructions on how to hard reset it and since it can't connect to Wi-Fi I can't change any settings or anything like that. There was support. Fur. The guy I spoke to seemed very unhappy when I took the call and after a few tries decided to just text me a new one. What would be cool if A) they could tell me when I would get it (they said they have a backup and if I get it I will get it) and B) if there was a guarantee that a new one would be mine will fix problem. All in all I don't think I would buy them again. I'm really really sad that I don't have a Revain return window as their support is so terrible. I really wanted a lightbar that was zwave, but had to settle for Wi-Fi. I will also refrain from WLAN in the future, even more so after this experience. Edit: After months of talking to support I still haven't received a replacement as they said. I've tried to be understanding and give them time as they said they don't have ETA for this but will in a few months. You might as well have told me I didn't get anything. Simply decline any products shipped that you are not sure about as support will not help you.
