It worked great for about 1 month but then I started having problems with it not charging. I'm getting notifications that I need to use the 65W charger from my laptop. This is a 65W charger. Also, sometimes it won't charge even when plugged in. I have to fiddle with the cable to get a charge and if I move my laptop it might stop charging. Also, sometimes I get sparks when I plug it into an extension cord. A NOTICE. My husband decided to check the voltage and amperage of the cord as I had so many problems with it. I measured the voltage as much as it is written on the cable. The current was everywhere (see video). Now I'm spending $$$ loss to buy cables directly from Dell. It only takes 4 days to get here.
