The team at aware web is very dedicated in helping us with our website needs for many years now! They make sure everything works properly even when we are still working out some kinks or have other issues along way through production process; they will keep you informed every step throughout so there's no worry about getting stuck somewhere down stream because it didn't work right away as expected from their side either (this happens sometimes). I think this might be just an issue where things can take longer than needed but overall experience has been great over all these times together since 2013!! We don’t really use any specific features yet except maybe one which was not included by them initially - however after going back twice during development phase i do believe its something worth looking into considering what else services offer compared too much more options offered here already like email templates etc..
