Update: After continued use I'm definitely seeing an improvement and I'm used to wearing it at night. I had no issues with frayed edges or construction and customer service was quick to respond. Try it! Old review: I don't know how effective this is. The product is well designed and should theoretically help in problem areas. It's a little uncomfortable for me, although it's very adjustable. Easy to put on which is a plus. It will most likely pull your hair if it is long. I definitely can't sleep in it, although the directions say 1 hour a day will show results over time. I will be using it for several hours throughout the day to see if there are any results. The chin hole in the one I received started wearing out after a few uses. The seller was quick to send a replacement and responded to my query within hours. The replacement lasts better. The seller provided good customer service.
