Significantly improved over the previous version. I've been using Rogue Flash Difussers for a long time and ordered it thinking I'd lost one of my copies (I found it). The reason I thought I lost it is because the old version falls over unless you have velcro or something to make sure the rogue doesn't fall off. I use the Arca Swiss L mount in combination with the R-Strap and often the camera/flash tips over causing the diffuser to fall off. The reason I thought I lost it at the wedding is because it fell down, but later I found it. a few days later but after I ordered this model. Time will tell if the upgrade will hold up, but it looks like the new strap is not only a nice upgrade, but also made from a material that will stand up to heavy/continuous use.
