Review on ๐Ÿถ VICTOR Classic Multi-Pro Dry Dog Food - High-Quality Nutrition in a 30-Lb Bag by Heather Wagner

Finally dry dog โ€‹โ€‹food without peas, beans and potatoes

I recently read an AKC report about the possibility of heart enlargement in some dog breeds (a golden retriever in my case) due to the presence of peas. beans and potatoes in their diet. I have never heard of this and would caution readers of this review to do their own research on the subject as it applies to other breeds. What I love about Victor Multi-Pro dog food is that it's free of these ingredients. It seems very difficult to find kibble or treats that don't contain these key ingredients. The somewhat recent emphasis on grain-free dog foods has led to an increase in the use of peas and potatoes, making dry dog food difficult to find. AKC didn't make any convincing claims, but their caution was enough to make me pay attention and look for a recipe without those ingredients. My dog loves food, but then again, he loves any food. He's a foodie and I'm happy about that! I hope this helps protect all dogs๐Ÿ’๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’•
