This is the first light box or light set I have ever bought. So I didn't really know what features to look for. Many years ago in my college graphics class we worked on very nice light tables that looked like drafting tables; They were backlit, inclined and convenient to use thanks to their glass surface that allowed you to do your carving work. but they are expensive (about 2-3 thousand dollars or more) and to be honest I don't have such a place. or cash at the box office. Hence the light pillow. The first thing that came to mind when I opened the box was that if it could hold a charge, this would be a much better product. So you don't have to stay connected and tethered to the charging port to use it. I really don't like having my laptop open and turned on so I can plug the power cord from the pad into my computer just to have that light source. Something to consider when deciding to buy a light pad! Other than that, it's pretty cute!
