What we really like about this product in our commercial kitchen is that it is so big that it will last a very long time in our kitchen compared to other dispensers. You can also take a second dressing and put it on top of the one you are using as it has a flat top. It's convenient for employees to have another one ready for a quick replacement when needed, instead of having to go back to the pantry. Soap with a very low odor, which is also important. GREAT PRODUCT - I have 7 dispensers in staff work areas and customer bathrooms. I use them with a manual "push" dispenser rather than a touch dispenser for cost reasons. The sensor-based dispenser requires battery power.
