Just say no to Soft Wax

This wax was a nightmare. I gathered everything I needed, prepared the skin while the wax was being heated, and mentally prepared. I am new to self epilation. I usually go to the salon for Brazilian sugaring, but I decided to try something at home. I bought sugar wax and found this to be a real art. Cleaning is amazingly easy. I also bought hard wax. It was really effective, but I didn't get the results I wanted and I blame user error. This soft wax that requires strips is torture. The hair plucked from the follicle hurts, but this wax damaged my skin. I had a burning sensation in my legs for two days that I couldn't stop. This is coming from a man who made himself a brazilian wax with hard wax three days earlier. My poor feet were so irritated and not even smooth. Cleaning is a nightmare. I have an after wax spray and I can't get it off my skin. I used more strips after wax spray and coconut oil. I jumped in the shower thinking I'd removed the wax residue. When I went to bed I was stuck to the top sheet. It hurt to pull the sheets off my feet. It's burning. I had to drown in Vaseline and scrape the wax off my skin. When this wax cooled in the container, I threw it in the trash. I dropped something on the tile floor and had to scrape it off with a metal tool and olive oil. Hard wax is much softer and gentler on the skin.
