Not convenient or flexible
The material is very stiff, does not stretch and does not adapt to the shape of the foot. They are uncomfortable and cause blisters. I bought them because they were similar to some others I've had before, but the quality doesn't even compare. Wouldn't recommend it.

- May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.
