Ideal for art paint tubes
These shelves are thick and sturdy. They are easy to install as the company includes dowels and a drill! I also have an AMT nail polish rack, although I use that for acrylic tubes. (I'm an artist.) A 1 inch lip on the front of each shelf keeps tubes of paint from sliding out. If you want to use an acrylic paint stand you will need a size 9 between the shelves. I don't think you could fit a tube of Golden Heavy Body Acrylics in a 5 inch gap. Winsor & Newton Professional Acrylics and Galeria Acrylics fit into a 5" format, but Liquitex Professional does not. Of course, if you buy individual shelves, you can arrange them however you like.
