My computer lies flat and I only have to hold it at eye level to work. It has 4 thick wires for power, video and LAN. All together requires something powerful. That solid steel construction and the bolts with nylon locking rings and the way the washers are placed make it stiff when you need it and adjustable when you need it too and I find it repeatable. . I can roll it up and throw it in my bag at the end of the day. The included wrench could be lengthened a bit and loosen the arch. I went to the shop and grabbed my 3/8" socket wrench and adjusted it once and forgot. The rubber from the last two months still seems grippy enough. Also, the keys on the end of the keyboard don't stick up far out for keyboard games Perfectly designed product.
