Product is good, shipping is annoying!
The frame looks good but there are some minor scuffs. I'm surprised the carpet wasn't damaged. The courier dropped a parcel over our unlocked 4ft fence on Christmas Eve during a heavy downpour. I didn't expect the package until Thursday. When my husband brought in a wet box on Christmas morning, I was surprised. This is NOT the first time a package has been found behind the fence. In this day and age of porch pirates, I would have expected a little more responsibility.
