The most helpful feature is the ability to run tests in multiple environments. This allows me to test my website on different servers and see if there are any differences. The UI needs some work. It's not very intuitive. I wish there were better options available. There isn't one. You have to do all of it manually. Sometimes it doesn't even work properly. I've had instances where we thought the site was working correctly when it wasn't. We would fix the issue and then come back and realize that the website was broken again. It's frustrating! We use this software to check our sites for errors. It has saved us a lot of time and money by finding issues before they become too much work.
Pros
- Being able to execute automated testing, manage defects as well being flexible enough so you can customize what steps take place at each step along with executing those scripted actions through an easy interface within your browser window without having special access or logins required outside of using standard credentials (ie admin account) makes Insight great tool which enables IT departments like ours utilize more efficiently during maintenance cycles while performing various tasks throughout its life cycle such security assessments/penet
