This is my first set of glass food storage containers and I'm glad I took them with me. They feel like big containers. The glass in particular seems quite thick and durable. I know plastic caps are more likely to break over time from normal wear and tear; I just hope they last at least a year. I think I'll leave the jar even if the lids go bad because you can store them for cooking, baking or in foil. Aesthetically they are perfect for my kitchen as they don't have any awkward colors (personal preference, others may disagree). The only thing that can be improved is to add at least one bigger container to the collection. Overall a good product, even if the price is hard to beat.
