It's an electric kettle and it works great! Especially if you need a long nose one for coffee or tea this is one viable option. Solid built, hefty all it has to do is last me for a lifetime and it's a easy recommendation. At $34 during time of review there is definitely a lot of competitive kettles on revain that does the same thing but cost less. If you're looking for one definitely shop around; but I'm here to say that this kettle here is a solid option and I would easily recommend at around $30-$25 but if it's lower than that then it's for sure worth.
