Review on LiCB LR1130 Battery Alkaline Batteries by Steven Boyd

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Equivalent current at 1.2V on arrival

There are many of these button batteries on the market, almost all of brand names that no one has heard of. How decide? I went with a user review or two that mentioned the date on the batteries and I actually measured their voltage upon arrival. Really, what else matters? Especially given the occasional user reviews from some other brands claiming the batteries are DOA. Is this situation the fault of the manufacturer or dealer? Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if the battery you just bought arrives in a faulty condition. Here's what I found out for myself: My batteries were dated "before June 2024". I used an electricity meter that read some old, unused 1.5 volt AA batteries from my pack with an expiration date of 2025 at 1.4 volts. So the counter works fine. I then used a multimeter to test three of these LiCB button batteries. Each of them measured 1.2 volts. Plus, not coincidentally, batteries work in my app, a little calculator I like to have on my desk. So it seems to me that these LiCB batteries are a good choice if you need 20 of them. or if you just want one but want it to have juice when you take it out of the box. Anyone need a battery? I have 19, I will not use.
