I ordered two pillows for my 1.5 year old daughter, she has grown up and it's time for a new pillow. I am also a first time mom and wanted to make sure I had the best pillows for her so I did some research and looked around for the best pillow I could find. I found the dream city pillow and it had great reviews and I thought the pillows were comfortable and the perfect size so I order two and they arrived on time. It's just that when they come here the pillows don't look the same and feel different so one was smaller than the other. So I thought nothing of it at first, but one day I emailed the Dream Town company. They replied the next day and told me to just send a photo and send me a replacement pillow for my problems. I was honestly shocked because every time you file a complaint or make a return with a company, it's such a problem and it takes them days to even see what they can do with the problem. But not DREAM TOWN. They sent me a new one right away, just like that! It was wonderful! Honestly, the best customer service! I was very happy with this purchase and my daughter loves her pillows very much, although the price is a bit high, it was worth it, after all you definitely get what you pay for! I will definitely buy more when my daughter gets a big bed! THANK YOU DREAM CITY PILLOW! I also recommend this pillow to all new moms, it's best for baby's comfort. Pillowcase included! -April
