Paddles come with 2 thick rubber inserts (see ) does not hold tight. First problem: the rubber bands are so thick that they only fit in large holes, so after a 25m swim the paddle is loose and has to be stopped to adjust; can't adjust it with the included blades so you'll have to remove at least one blade entirely. It would be possible to thread the tape through another hole to hold it in place, but that's not possible either because they are too short to reach every other large hole. I have no idea how the tape goes through the tiny holes in the picture or how the FINIS promotional video makes it appear like the paddle stays attached to the arm instead of flapping, but that's not the reality.
