I sold my Jaybird Vistas thinking it would be an 'upgrade'. You are terrible! Let's go through the list: 1. CONTINUOUSLY DISAPPEARS - I can't tell you how annoying it is to train, tune in to the tune, only to have the music disappear and you hear the "Headphones NOT PLUG IN" message. But why? O.because they are NOT AVAILABLE!2. WIND NOISE. Imagine you are riding a bike and all you hear is "whhurrrrr". And you have to turn the music up to try and smooth out that wind noise. But why? O.because they SUCK!3. FEEL CHEAP - The old case felt non-slip. The "new" case is all plastic and the door looks like it's about to come loose. Can it also be more difficult to open? And the new texture on the outside of the buds is like a woven, reinforced mess. When they're on your ears, they're on, but no music is playing. Just touch them and you'll hear a microphone "scratch," similar to the sound a microphone makes before speaking. But why? Oh, because they are MISSING! Send this garbage back.
