Great bag for large bikes with high handlebars, high backrest and large hard panniers. What exactly is hidden under the cover. The material is durable and not fabric but heavy nylon material. It came with front and rear straps attached with clips to attach the pannier to the bike and it even came with an extra strap with clips but I'm not sure why. two huge steel granites perfect for attaching this case to either the front wheel of the bike or the luggage rack. I would recommend this cover to anyone who has a huge touring bike with bags and a windshield as it covers it with ease. .Thank you for doing exactly what I wanted for my bike. A black suitcase with a simple approach that completely covers my bike and prevents others from seeing it. Out of sight and out of memory.
