Just installed this light. So far I do like it, as for the flood/spot effect. I would say this in for a spot. Light is more concentrated towards the front not so much the sides.Brightness is good but when I turn my fog lights (which are led) the light fades out.Overall I like it , I will update after it rains. This is a nice wood swing that is straight forward to install. I use it for my 4 year olds and she loves it, but it could handle up to an average sized adult. I didn’t have any low tree branches that were sturdy enough to hang it from, so I got some chain from the hardware store to make extenders to reach a higher branch. I remodeled my bathroom and installed the seat in my new shower. It is actually very nice looking, easy to install, and feels incredibly sturdy. I purchased it ahead of time and put a 2 x 6 support in between the stud walls during construction. If not, the seat is not wide enough to hit two studs on 16 inch centers. Pretty good. I was impressed with its quality. It does take a second for the eyes to adjust but worth eliminating the blind spots.
