I had trouble installing a cartridge and after a few tries I gave up and asked for a refund. The manufacturer was nice and helpful and reimbursed the costs immediately. I went to another store and bought a $70 HP replacement. I tried again to insert the Kingjet cartridge which I was unable to insert prior to installing the HP cartridge. (Kingjet did not reclaim the cartridges, I just disposed of the cartridges properly.) When the other cartridges ran out, the Kingjet rebounded. I am currently using Kingjet cartridges and am hoping that the manufacturer will contact me again so I can remedy the situation. I want to pay! I don't know how long they will last, but I definitely got value for money. PS Kingjet contacted me and declined the cost. I'm adding this here because I'm very happy with their customer service, but I urge anyone reading this not to use this information and try to get the same deal as me. Even pay for them and enjoy the savings of using unbranded cartridges!
