I had trouble installing a cartridge and after a few tries I gave up and asked for a refund. The manufacturer was nice and helpful and reimbursed the costs immediately. I went to another store and bought a $70 HP replacement. I tried again to insert the Kingjet cartridge which I was unable to insert prior to installing the HP cartridge. I have an 8600 Officejet Pro and these cartridges have worked perfectly to date. I tried printing pink on the label but it just wouldn't print so I replaced it with a new one. It still doesn't print pink. It printed the rest of the colors just fine, and I've had good luck with it in the past. But today, after cleaning the heads and even trying another brand new magenta, it didn't print the magenta. I am disappointed and have contacted the seller. I hope he sends me 2 spare magenta cartridges…

A few years ago I tried another generic printer with terrible results. Every time I wanted to print something, I had to turn the printer off and on again and deal with "incompatible" cartridge warnings. Because of the huge cost savings and generally good reviews, I decided to give them another try. I don't print much now, so I can only talk about my first experiences.
