I've been using the Pronto Magic card printer for two years and finally had to replace the ink film. It came with 100 plastic badges so that's a great deal. Installation was quick and easy.

I bought two of these ribbons to print a large order of ID cards and the cards were great but the two tone ribbons which are printed with a yellow cast were jamming always in the printer. I have a new Magicard Enduro 3E.

All ribbons from this supplier appear to be defective as they kept tearing. I tried to fix them but to no avail. Then I cleaned the machine many times and replaced the sticky rollers many times but the belts still broke. I ended up ordering printer ribbons from an authorized reseller of the manufacturer of these devices listed on the website and I'm on my seventh ribbon with no problems. First 2 cartridges were great; Is there something wrong with this cartridge: the colors of the ink have merged/smeared across the symbols after a few months? We haven't had any problems in the past, 95% of 80-100 buttons were printed on one side within 12 months with excellent quality. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped, or hopefully it's an outlier. A replacement manufacturer would be great, but in the meantime you need to buy something else to keep things running smoothly in the office.
