I have an 8600 Officejet Pro and these cartridges have worked perfectly to date. I tried printing pink on the label but it just wouldn't print so I replaced it with a new one. It still doesn't print pink. It printed the rest of the colors just fine, and I've had good luck with it in the past. But today, after cleaning the heads and even trying another brand new magenta, it didn't print the magenta. I am disappointed and have contacted the seller. I hope he sends me 2 spare magenta cartridges because I need them asap. If not, then I will not buy them again. UPDATE: He emailed me the same day and will send replacement cartridges which makes me feel better. I'll update when we see how well they work. UPDATE: I received new replacement cartridges yesterday and lo and behold, my printer is working properly again. Their support team fixes the issue right away and even added a few extra colors to the kit. I will highly recommend them.
