🪨 5-Pound Bag of Spectrastone Special Blue Gravel for Freshwater Aquariums Review

This looks great when I mixed neon purple with it. I put this in my 55 gallons. Tank and with the things I have there. I recommend this product for every aquarium.

The stones are too small. They are sucked right through my vacuum's filter when I clean the tank. I'm sticking with my old rocks, which are bigger.

Light color and same size of each stone. Be sure to wash very well, I washed mine in a bucket and the water was cloudy. I would use them again if needed.

Bright blue stones. It looks great when I create an "oceanic" tank, which is what I was aiming for. My fish is blue and I bought blue lanterns so the stones would match me perfectly. You get more than enough from this provider. Very happy.

This is aquarium gravel so it sits on the bottom of the tank but doesn't serve much purpose otherwise Color is a nice navy blue (royal blue rather than dark blue in aquarium lighting) I like it in my aquarium because it gives depth to the colors with the plants there.

It looks good under full spectrum lights. Would recommend to anyone looking to install a new tank or add more gravel to an existing tank.

Disappointed with quality control. There were stones of all colors, from white to light green and bright yellow, pink and brown. I'd say mixed colors make up about 3% of the total rocks, which of course doesn't sound like much, but having to dig through all the rocks to choose between the blue really bright colors sucks. Happy with the blue color and looks good in the aquarium even with all the random colors I couldn't pick.
