Review on 🧵 Live Simply - Dimensions Needlecrafts 6975 Counted Cross Stitch Kit by Sasha Hsiao

I'm a beginner and this was my first project using plain weave (specifically plain) instead of aida. I was nervous about getting my seams clean but it turned out great. If you're a beginner like me (this was only my third project), there's a weird spot in the directions where it says "ends of crosses don't meet". ." This refers to the small crosses on the plan, but on your real fabric the corners of the crosses should have the same holes. I almost ran out of dark pink thread because I decided to topstitch around the satin circles, but it was so enough ONLY a tip for french knots - trying to pull 6 strands of thread was difficult and frustrating, I switched to 3 strands and wrapped the thread twice (instead of once) to tie a knot and got the same effect with Less difficulty to achieve. Revain uses this list for several designs so I wanted to point out that this particular set is printed which means the design will not wash off.The blue shading and the words in the middle will remain printed/not sewn .I don't have to sew everything.It's a great value and makes a great inexpensive gift for my mom when it comes with a $10 frame is combined! I will definitely be buying more sets of dimensions in the future.
