Superior Sound Quality, Low Convenience

I really wanted to like these headphones. I'm B&O Stan. I have a pair of 3rd gen H9i and E8 headphones. I've tried every combination of ear cups and winglets, including the Comply foam ear tips (which made my E8s comfortable), but none of them were that comfortable. Ear wings began digging into ears after 30 minutes to an hour. The earplugs weren't very comfortable either. They sounded great but for the price I couldn't find anything painful to use. Maybe I just have sensitive ears, but I found the Jabra 75t active much more comfortable. I ended up returning the E8 Sports and buying a pair of Jabras. The area where the Jabra 75t Active excels: comfort. I can wear them for hours without much discomfort with standard earbuds (no need for Comply earbuds). Similar to comfort, but wings are not required. Just put your ears on and get a secure fit. Maybe a little less secure but I've had no issues with them - Can connect to 2 devices at once - Physical buttons. I was skeptical but they are very easy to press and prevent a lot of accidental readings on the touch buttons. Sounds more natural app. Lots more features packed. Areas where the sporty E8 is better: - Sound quality. They sound better than gills. Not enough to rule out gills, but a noticeable amount is a design. I like how they look. However, the Jabra headphones and case are much smaller, which may be a plus for some people.

Pros
  • Truly wireless audio freedom so you can work harder, whatever the weather, anytime. With IP57 water resistance, the E8 Sport lets you stay motivated without worrying about heavy rain or sweat.
Cons
  • Nervous
