I really like this massager, I bought it to use mainly when traveling because I have chronic pain and my regular massager is very big and heavy and difficult to carry. I think it has a lot of power, looks well built, I haven't used a lot of different attachments and seems to stick around. The reason for the low stars is that I lost my charger during a big and stressful move. I contacted the company over 4 months ago and they have no replacement chargers for sale. They ended up putting me on a "waiting list" but I am skeptical they will ever list them or get them based on other reviews. It seems to require a very specific type of charger. I even found an aftermarket one that should work but doesn't. I paid over $200 for mine and now it's a paperweight. I don't understand if they sell new devices with chargers why they don't have access to replacement chargers. There are many different types of these massagers on the market now, so why risk buying one that can turn into a paperweight?
