The most important thing is how it has helped me reduce my staff hours by almost half! I was able to cut down so much time spent doing simple tasks like checking inventory or running reports. Also being able to pull up all information for one customer at once instead of having multiple tabs open made things very efficient. Sometimes there are errors but they're usually fixed quickly with minimal effort from our end. It's not perfect yet - we have some features still missing (like batch processing) as well as bugs here and there which can be frustrating if you don't know what your looking at though those tend to get resolved fairly quick when notified about them. We've been using this product since 2014 and haven't had any problems until recently where an error popped out saying something along these lines "Error occurred during import". That didn't really tell us.
