The most important thing is how it has helped me reduce my staff hours by almost half! I was able to cut down so much time spent doing simple tasks like checking inventory or running reports. Also being able to pull up all information for one customer at once instead of having multiple tabs open made things very efficient. It was really easy using this tool because it has guided me through every step which is so helpful when you are new at implementing any system or platform! I like how everything can be done online without having an actual person there with your information for help; however sometimes if something isn't clear they will send someone out but not always within 2 hours as scheduled during checkout time period (this could work better). This helps keep track all our inventory from different suppliers
