Review on 💡 GE Lighting 97494: Efficient and Bright 150 Watt 2155 Lumen Bulb by Clint Blackman

Great lightbulbs, get them while you can and before the price skyrockets. I ordered 5 packs of 2 of the same bulbs about a week ago and this is exactly what I wanted. I used one to replace a blown bulb and it fit great and put out a nice bright light. I decided to order a few more 2-packs, but in that short time (7-10 days) the price went from $3.97 to $6.97. At $1.65 per bulb, that's pretty much an unbeatable price, and I've just ordered two boxes of 12. Like I said, buy them while you can and before the prices double. ***Update 12/19/13*** I find the claims made by some of these reviewers regarding the quality of these bulbs or the packaging puzzling. Today I received 2 packs of 12 that I ordered via UPS. They were well packed in a big box surrounded by those plastic packing blocks, there were no broken bulbs although I'm pretty sure the box didn't get any special handling as it squirmed during the shipping process. The quality of the lamps is 1A. I took the time to try each bulb and all 24 worked as they should, lighting all 3 watts without exception. So if you're thinking of ordering some of these but are hesitating because of these comments about their quality, which I feel are unfounded, do so now. The price is going up - I paid $19.79 for it on December 16th and it's now $29.99 - and soon these bulbs may become unavailable or only be available at an unrealistically high price to discourage us from to use them.
