Review on Samsonite Xenon Backpack Business Black Laptop Accessories in Bags, Cases & Sleeves by Summer Edwards

I bought it 7 months ago and although it worked fine initially it started to deteriorate. At 5 months I noticed that the stitching on both straps where the nylon attaches to the bottom of the lining was unraveling/unraveling. Then, as with other users who have provided photos, the top padded strap/handle on both sides (left and right) on the front began to tear. I travel decently but have never abused it. ". I use it as a regular bag for my computer (15" regular laptop) etc. When I'm not traveling it's a bag for everyday use where the computer is only in 50% of the time, so the other 50% of the time when carrying only light weight. I have initiated the warranty repair/replacement process, but at the expense of returning and re-receiving, for an item that is clearly faulty (see all the other reviews citing the exact same type of damage / I'm not sure if I'm willing to spend the money on it - especially when it's likely to tear apart again.I don't recommend it given the price.
