I've seen some reviews saying some sections work very well and some don't. Same thing happened with these two, one worked fine and the other didn't, but instead of assuming it was faulty I just flipped it around a bit and the bubbles started flowing, just as well as the one that worked fantastic. They all work great, I think you just need to put it in a good position, or at least it worked for me.
