This magnifier came with instructions but installation was fairly easy. I can use this with any type of phone and even tablets. The fold-up part really stays in place. No matter how often I move my phone or tablet, the back stays up. The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of speakers, but I was even able to set up a bluetooth speaker on this magnifier. The view is clear and lets me see everything I'm playing on my phone is much larger without any distortion whatsoever. Works great on tables, portable trays and even airplane trays. Fits perfectly in a backpack.
