They are very friendly! We've used them for several years now with no problems or complaints from us as customers/clients. I would say they're great because we can trust that it's being done right when using their services - there is nothing wrong about this service provider in our opinion so far. Nothing really comes up too often but if something does come up then just call customer support directly (they will be happy to answer any questions). If anything were ever needed, such as an issue where data was not properly deleted off drives before disposal; contact Customer Support immediately via phone number provided during signup process. Our organization has been able use these guys' services since 2013 without issues until recently due to increased security concerns within my department regarding sensitive information stored online.
