If like me you're starting to regain your health at 69, you might want to buy a more durable metal hiking product. Maybe something different is fine for others, but you pay for what you get. I wanted one after losing so much weight and feeling so much healthier. It was a bad choice. There is a steep climb along the way. I backed up a bit and tried to collect myself to continue, but the three-part makeup system collapsed and bent at the joints, which didn't help. In old age you need strong staff. I needed a long staff. Even if I'm short, it's better than being short up and down. I was hoping this would work due to the higher altitude. You can then change it from low or high. I didn't have much money then. So I just bought 3 pieces of wood. It couldn't even support my new lighter weight and I fell hard and he just bent all the bolt connections, bent them and I was, well I haven't felt good about it until now. So this is my story.
