Bought this quadcopter for motorcycle travel and anything else I could think of. Quality control is easy to learn, application and functions are clear. However, I managed to cut the fence and overstretch one of the propellers, resulting in unstable flight and more crashes. I contacted customer service and they explained that I can send QC to repair, part cost, no problem. I didn't think the QC broke much, expected a $10-$20 fee and the QC came back with some new parts. To my delight, a brand new F22 with remote control was delivered to me. The best customer service, I am sincerely grateful to Contixo and am a loyal customer. Thanks very much! -gsch
