Forced Button Press
The mounting clips on the top are too thick. They eventually override the L2 and R2 buttons to the point where the controller recognizes button presses. Removed and reattached many times thinking maybe it was my positioning. I tried filing them down to make them fit better and the clip ended up breaking.
