The ability to create custom tickets with different types of layouts for each type of attendee is great! You can also set up reminders so that people know when their seats are going away or if they need to be there at all. It's not always easy getting your information into it but I've gotten used to how things work now and have been able to get everything in order just fine. They don't offer much support from anyone other than customer service reps who aren't very helpful unless you pay them extra money. We were using this software as an alternative way to sell our events without having someone else do it for us (we had no time). This allowed us to keep more profits instead of giving those percentages over to another person/company.
