This camera has a lot more bells and whistles than I expected, but overall it's a great thing. It takes decent pictures and is a good little workhorse for what I have planned. These old semi-pro cameras take incredible pictures that rival most cameras you can use these days. New is not always better. This camera has almost everything you need at your fingertips right on the body of the device and isn't buried deep in menus that most of the time you have to figure out. i love this shop Pulled out the classic Nikkor 18 - 70mm. on it and the images are surprisingly good, clean and razor sharp. Then I put my AF Nikkor 70-300 on it and it amazed me again. It was all razor sharp, like a brand new car! If you can find one in good condition, you can't go wrong at the price. I know I shouldn't comment on the seller or the experience but he made my year with this wonderful machine. If you want to learn the basics and take your skills to the pros, get this one and shoot, shoot, shoot! My first day with this car was so much fun!
