The amount I have learned about our own organization as well how we can improve it with better processes was great! They were able help us implement new technology for reporting purposes which has made things much easier not only internally but also externally too (customers). Nothing really came out negatively so far aside form some minor hiccups here or there such as scheduling conflicts etc.. It's been an overall very positive experience working together since day one especially when you realize they're actually just like your coworkers/friends outside work who happen be experts at their field(s).
