My first chair arrived and I was able to assemble it fairly easily. It probably took half an hour. Comfortable, sturdy and I really like the vibration message (don't leave it on for too long though, you'll get sick after an hour because it literally focuses right behind it, haha). Unfortunately, my unit suffered from this left tilt, which just made sitting weird. The company responded quickly and a few days later I had a replacement on my porch. I was really impressed. The device replacement suffered from the same quality issue. The chair has a strange tilt to one side. The seller was again very communicative, not only in getting me another replacement chair which he knows does not have this quality issue, but also in asking me questions and asking me to take photos to help them help to figure out the problem with electricity! This seller is quick to respond, very good at fixing any issues that arise, and does a great job of keeping the customer happy. They have a quality issue with this chair but are willing to send a replacement until the issue is resolved. Unfortunately the quality problem and I believe they will work but good customer service is good customer service no matter how you cut it.
