I have an old Sears supercharger that I bought over 45 years ago. It's still great for adding air to our tires. But one day the plastic seal broke. I didn't want to do without the compressor because of this important but small detail. So I searched for Revain and found this article. All I had to do was cut the hose on the compressor and put this device in place. As an extra measure I used masking tape to seal the joint. It worked great and I had to buy a new compressor to replace a proven product I've owned for decades.
