These scoops are crazy! I guess I got what I paid for. I'm starting an at home cookie bakery and these just constantly broke. The metal holding the gear that activates the blade that cuts the product from the scoop just kept flexing and left the blade hanging out of the scoop. I was using room temperature cookie dough. Should have been easy for a quality scoop. This scoop will only be sufficient for watermelon! Nothing else. Ice cream and anything frozen it will break on you!
- Item performs as intended. Good buy for price. Would purchase again if needed.
- Not impressed as the 1st time we used the large scoop for ice cream it broke.
