I received my unit yesterday, it appears to be a used unit as it was dirty on the inside and has permanent stains on the inside where food goes. I cleaned it well 🧼 and the stains don't go away but at least the device is disinfected now. The camera is pretty good, the sound quality is ok, picking up a lot of white sound/feedback. The unit is very light, I thought the inside would be lined with stainless steel as storing pet food in plastic for a long period of time is bad (it affects the taste, the plastic seeps into the food etc.). You have to use the app to do the settings and that's fine, but the app needs major updates, you can't change the Wi-Fi network without wiping the entire device (feed settings, history, etc.) . You can't "link" two pets, so you can't have two different feeding schedules for each pet. You can register more than one pet, but this will only feed one. It is better for people with only one pet. My pad is pink, I thought everything was pink but that's just the front where the camera is.
